The most common series of conveyors
used in industry. A characteristic feature is that the main
supporting part is made of powder-coated steel, and the supporting
frame can be made of structural aluminum profiles or powder-coated
steel structural profiles. The drive is always selected individually
based on the parameters agreed with the customer.
WITH A LOAD CAPACITY OF UP TO 1T/M
Mainly used to transport loads on EURO
pallets or loads with similar sizes. Steel transport rollers with
diameters ranging from 60 to 89 mm are used, ended with chain ring
heads. In this case, the supporting part and the frame are made of
powder-coated or galvanized steel. Due to the loads that are
transported with means of these transporters, they are most often
divided into sections allowing for the transport of 1 to 3 pallets.
TURNTABLES
The use of this type of conveyors
enables the transport of EURO pallets not only in a straight line but
also in a more complex course of the entire system. They are an
interesting addition to the series of roller conveyors for EURO
pallets.
Turntables manufactured by our company
are adapted to the load capacity of pallet transporters. They have
the ability to stop the pallet in intermediate positions, rotate up
to 180 degrees and return to its original position. They can be
stopped after every turn by 90 degrees or with appropriately setting
of the sensors for a smaller range.
TRANSFERS
When changing the transfer of pallets
from longitudinal to transverse, we use TRANSFERS manufactured by our
company. They perfectly complement the transport systems for
transporting EURO pallets.
A characteristic feature of this
solution is that the pallet carriers are 2 or 3 rows of chain
conveyors with a carrier in the form of a double-row chain. These
tracks are most often installed between the rollers of roller
conveyors, which are used for longitudinal transport of pallets.
